Our General Manager, Jeff, has been with Douglass Subaru for 3 months and is coming up on his 3 year work anniversary with the Douglass Automotive Group. Jeff and his family moved to Waco 3 years ago, but he's definitely not new to the car business. Jeff has worked in car dealerships & for corporate car manufacturers for the last 20 years. He has a true passion for helping people and for cars! He loves working for Douglass Subaru because he says these are the BEST cars & customers in the business! (And, he should know...he's been doing this for a long time!) When Jeff isn't at the store leading our incredible team you'll find him out supporting the local community, enjoying Friday night lights (GO COUGS!), golfing, grilling & spending time with his family...even his crazy dogs, Gunther & Moose. Jeff & his family love living in Waco because this community has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We are lucky that Jeff landed here in Waco, and our team is so happy to have him on board!

Our team was so excited when Chance joined us a year ago! He's an incredible asset to Douglass Subaru, and he loves that he gets to work with such an amazing sales team. Chance will always go above and beyond to make sure that your purchase experience is the very best & that you actually enjoy the car-buying process. Chance grew up in Valley Mills and has a dog named Murphy. When Chance isn't here helping his customers, you can find him bowling with his Bowling League, attending concerts & going dancing, and attending tons of Baylor events. He's also a lifelong Cowboys fan...How 'bout them COWBOYS!

Lamar might be new to our organization, but he is a perfect fit for the Douglass Subaru family! He loves working for Douglass Subaru because of the great smiles he sees daily, the friendly atmosphere, and the attention to detail in providing customers with individualized solutions.

As an avid fisherman & outdoorsman, Lamar understands how your vehicle can impact your adventures!  He LOVES fishing and has a YouTube channel devoted to fishing called " I Might Be Fishing". (Check him out!) Lamar has always lived in Waco, and loves our community! He loves that we have fairly quick access to Lake Waco, the Brazos River, and beautiful local parks like Cameron Park! His favorite place to eat is Rudy's BBQ! Lamar loves watching the Green Bay Packers play football, and he is also a musician and loves drumming! 

Casey has been with Douglass Subaru for two & a half years, and has a loyal customer base! He spent his early adulthood years as an investigative video journalist and has met all kinds of people! This experience has helped Casey love getting to work with & know new people every single day. He loves the transparency when working with customers & the welcoming work environment of Douglass Subaru. When Casey isn't helping his customers find the perfect car to fit their needs you'll find him cooking & inviting friends over for dinner, hanging out with his Wolf Dog, Cookie, or cheering on his beloved Baylor Bears! Casey loves that Waco is such a great place to live & that everything is 15 minutes away, making it easy to explore this great city!

We know what you're thinking. Again? Another famous employee??!! 

Well, yes, Robert IS famous. Totally not making that up. Just not *the* Robert Palmer you might be thinking of...he's definitely addicted to loving the Subaru brand, even if he's not addicted to love, per se... 

Robert is our service director here at Douglass Subaru, and we are grateful for his leadership! He has been with us for the past 3 years and has worked for other brands within the Douglass organization. Robert loves working for Douglass Subaru because of our commitment to our customers and our community.

Robert grew up in Houston, he has one horse and he's an avid poker player. When he's not here at the dealership, you'll find him watching college football cheering on Texas A&M or Michigan State.

We know what you're thinking...but, we assure you. It's not *that* Jim Carey. (Even though he did grow up in San Jose...he swears he's never lived in L.A. or starred in any box office hits.) Jim has been here at Douglass Subaru for the past 3 months, and we are so lucky to have him! He's been with Subaru for over 7 years and brings a ton of knowledge and experience with him. Jim loves Douglass Subaru because he says he has the BEST co-workers, and this is the MOST efficient shop he's ever worked in during his time with Subaru. When Jim isn't working the service drive here at Douglass, you'll find him spending time with his family, his 3 dogs (Kody, Hazel & Bently), cooking & watching his beloved Boston Red Sox & New England Patriots. Jim loves that Waco is a big *little* city that's easy to navigate and loves how incredibly friendly the people are here. 

If you've been around the Douglass organization, then chances are you've heard of Bennie. He is a master technician here at Douglass Subaru and he is quite a guy! We are grateful to have Bennie working for us because he brings a ton of experience & expertise to our dealership. 

Bennie has been with the organization for 13 years and has worked for both Nissan & Mitsubishi before landing with us here at Douglass Subaru. And, we are glad he chose to work with us! Bennie loves that you are always treated fairly here at Douglass Subaru, and he always goes above and beyond for his customers.

Bennie grew up in Cisco, TX, and has 2 dogs and a cat. If he's not working on your car, he's spending time with his family, grabbing dinner at Texas Roadhouse, cheering on the Cowboys & the Rangers, or winning at trivia night at Old Chicago! 

Our Parts Manager & San Antonio native, Justin, absolutely loves working for Douglass Subaru! It's evident in the way he goes above & beyond for our customers and in how he works so well with everyone here. He's been a self-proclaimed "car nut" since he was little and has put that passion into play in his current role. Justin has been with the Douglass Subaru family for over 2 years and says it's a great work environment with the  BEST customers! When Justin isn't managing our parts department you can find him hanging out with his goofy Husky named Nahla, on the hiking trails with his RC trucks doing a little rock crawling, cheering on the San Antonio Spurs, or hanging out in one of our local Waco restaurants with his family. Douglass Subaru is so lucky to have Justin on our team!

It is with deepest sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Brent Brendemuehl. We are incredibly grateful for this man that shared his days with us here at Douglass Subaru.

Brent was more than a colleague or car salesman; he was a friend to all, a devoted Subaru enthusiast, and one of the most genuinely kind individuals you could ever meet. He loved his customers like they were his family, and he had a unique ability to make everyone around him feel valued and cherished. Brent's impact has been significant, touching the lives of many over the years, and his absence will be deeply felt. ❤️

Brent deeply loved his family, he loved the great outdoors, his VWs, and he embraced life to the fullest! If you were lucky enough to know Brent, then you knew a true friend.

Our dealership is undeniably better because of the positive energy & love that he brought each day.

We appreciate everyone who has shared stories and worked alongside Brent, and each of his customers whom he loved like family. He cherished each one of you, and we feel privileged that he considered us his work family.

Brent had a deep love for people and for the Waco community. In honor of this incredible man, we encourage you to perform an act of kindness for someone else, as he often did.
